Jodi is a coaching psychologist with a Master’s of Science degree in Positive Psychology from the University of East London, specializing in helping individuals unlock their full potential. Her expertise spans executive and leadership coaching, as well as ADHD coaching, providing tailored strategies to enhance personal and professional growth. Navigating the challenges of ADHD, developing resilience, improving mental health, and achieving a more balanced and fulfilling life, she offers personalized coaching sessions designed to meet your unique needs and goals. Jodi is an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach, with a primary focus and certification in Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. Her coaching experiences extend over 8 years of executive, leadership, life coaching, consulting, training and development. Jodi’s coaching niche has provided a very diverse client population from senior executives to elementary school children.
Jodi has over 20 years of business experience through her work in Marketing and Human Resources with two Fortune 500 companies and Mars, Inc.. As Division Director for the Office of Employee Relations for the state of Kentucky, she managed Employee Relations and the Mediation Department.
Ms. George has served many leadership roles for the ICF Ohio Valley Charter Chapter board, and continues to serve on several boards locally.
Jodi’s unique coaching specialization has provided a diverse coaching client population including physicians, attorneys,C-suite executives, accomplished authors, leadership and executive coaches, executive directors, therapists, and business owners. Her multiple state and corporate experiences combined with her distinct niche has created a client list representing a variety of industries, and positions.
Jodi George received her Bachelors of Arts in Communications from Bowling Green State University. Her coaching training and credentials were obtained from MentorCoach, LLC, and from the International Coaching Federation (PCC).
